Vyana — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 August 2026 · Applies to Vyana version 1.0.0

Vyana is built on a single principle: your inner life is yours.

What stays on your device

Everything about how you feel. Vyana stores your practice sessions, mood and stress check-ins, tasks, preferences and insights locally in your browser (IndexedDB and extension storage). This data is never transmitted, never sold, and never used to train any model. There is no account, no sign-in, and no server that holds it.

Vyana does not read the content of the pages you visit.

Optional, anonymous usage counts

Vyana can send anonymous, aggregate usage counts — for example "a breathing session was completed", "a break reminder was shown", or which practice was chosen. This exists only to tell us whether features are useful.

This is off by default. Nothing is transmitted unless you explicitly turn it on.

When it is on:

You can change your mind at any time. Open Vyana's settings (Options) and toggle "Share anonymous usage counts" off. When it is off, Vyana makes no network requests at all.

We do not sell your data, use it for advertising, or use it to determine creditworthiness or lending eligibility.

Questions, data requests, or anything else: vyana.ai.contact@gmail.com

We aim to respond within 7 days. If you want your data removed, note that Vyana holds nothing on a server — uninstalling the extension, or using Delete everything in Options, removes it all from your device.
